"This is a family run hotel that is spotless and generous room size. The grounds and pool were well maintained.
The hospitality, care and warmth of staff was the best part.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel when visiting Pamukkale!!

"This property is focussed on bus tour groups who come in in the afternoon and leave the next morning. We booked the room outside of the bus tour to visit the."
"This property is very well established and has nice amenities for spa and thermal activities. Sibel hanim in housekeeping was very good and supplied us with great service and she went above and beyond! We are always happy to come back to this property!"
"This hotel is average . I stayed here for 6 nights with my husband . We noticed a lot of refurbishments work being carried out in the hotel during our stay. This hotel has all the facilities including a fully equipped gym and spa. The main reception area , main pool and our room were stunning and excellent. "Fantastic stay with parking and views of balloons passing by and landing very near plus view of Pamukkale from upper floors . Huge pools and nice live music in evenings! "
"Our first day there were no visible staff despite a cafe door being open, we brought our own coffee etc down to the pool and when we went inside the hotel to adk for ice we were told we couldn't bring our own drinks poolside. We pointed out that no one had even come outside. After that the attention was good. The deluxe rooms were fabulous although all the glass had fingerprints on. The breakfast was amazing, truly sensational. I did comment on the lack of shady parking and no electric car charging points, we had to go to another hotel to charge our car. "
"Can’t fault this place. It’s walking distance to Pamukkale, the hosts were incredibly friendly, the free breakfast is great, and the pool and room are very well maintained.
I would definitely return and recommend to a friend "
"This hotel was amazing, I would absolutely recommend it. Resort style pool, great spa with Turkish bath (I'd never had one before) at a reasonable price, massive dinner and breakfast buffet included, clean, everything you would want from a hotel!"
