Disappointed that outdoor pool was closed in March

We visited in March and I had hoped the beautiful outdoor pools would be heated and open but they were not and that was really disappointing as the reason we chose this place was for the outdoor pools. And I had thought the outdoor pools were thermal so they would be heated but they were not. The hotel is very big and popular with the big tour buses. There were more than 10 big buses parked outside so it doesn't have the intimate feeling I was hoping for. If you don't like big tour buses and that type of crowd, you will be disappointed like we were. The dinner was good but there were so many people there that it felt overwhelming. And the way the room was put together it felt like you were at some really disorganized wedding.

Great hotel!

This hotel was amazing, I would absolutely recommend it. Resort style pool, great spa with Turkish bath (I'd never had one before) at a reasonable price, massive dinner and breakfast buffet included, clean, everything you would want from a hotel!

This was a much different experience from other more charming locations and lodgings throughout Turkey, such as in Selcuk, much more like Las Vegas with a large banquet room for dinner and breakfast and little charm. The dinner was adequate but the breakfast, as other reviews indicate, included leftovers from dinner and did not include fresh coffee or juice. The spa is only open after 12:00 PM but is well arranged w/ salt room, sauna, thermal pool.

Çocuklar için ideal otel

Ara tatilde çocuk için yaptığımız bir konaklamaydı. Palyaço ablaya ilgisi için teşekkür ederiz. Kızımız orda çok mutluydu. Temiz bir otel. Kahvaltı ve Yemekler güzel. 4 çayında kekler, poğaçalar çok iyiydi. Odalarda küvet yok, duşakabin var. Islak kıyafetler için balkonda askılık gibi birşey olsa daha güzel olurdu. Garsonlar, biz Masadan kalkmadan biten tabakları parça parça toplamasa da kalkmamızı bekleyip masayı komple toplasa daha hoş olurdu. Tekrar gelmeye değer bir otel. Teşekkürler.

While location is 5 min from the pumakalae tourist attractions , building is nice and has a cool vibe , bright spacious rooms - their customer service is horrible and their basic amenities are nit when for a motel 6 !! We had no cooling and in the middle of night a loud noise woke us up to see the entire ac unit was leaking water into my suitcase ! They refused to change our room initially but later did after a lot of delay and nit getting any rest ! My clothes were ruined they refused to get in laundry inspite of having the option ! My clothes stink and they didn’t even have an iron to dry them myself ! Staff was very overwhelmed overworked and not helpful at all ! Stay away from them if you can, book elsewhere or hope to not run into any problems as they won’t solve them !

Hôtel confortable mais manque de charme

L’hôtel est ok pour y séjourner une nuit mais pas plus. Bonne literie et chambres plutôt jolies et confortables. Gros bémol pour les repas Demi pension comprise avec un buffet vraiment très moyen dans un restaurant qui ressemble plus à une cantine. Sinon jolie piscine mais le cadre est peu verdoyant et manque de charme. À noter le beau coucher de soleil 😃 Beaucoup de béton et de travaux de construction autour

Good hotel but poorly organized

Hotel looks new and still in development. But staff seems totally lost, or it may be due to non English speaking. Toilets are very smelly and they don’t know how to fix it. Glass partition on shower side is very small and all water comes to other side of floor. There is no dustbin in the room. When requested they brought one from toilet. Room was not cleaned when we checked in. Staff is very non cooperative. We were 3 families of 11 with 5 kids and we reached hotel at 9 PM. Dinner stops at 9:00 too, our request to extend dinner time till 9:30 were declined with no solution for us. We survived till next morning with whatever we had in our luggage 🙃

Hotellet var fint og pænt, en masse tillade og lidt rod omkring hotellet da det stadig er igang med at blive lavet, dele af det. Parkeringspladsen er ren grus det kunne havet været meget bedre i fht det antal stjerner hotellet har fået. Udover det var personalet søde men ikke professionelle, man kunne godt mærke det er et forholdvis nyt sted. Undrede os meget over det havde fået en 5 stjerners vurdering og ikke 4.

Everything was fantastic but I have found that Turkish beds are extremely hard and I had to sleep on the couch. Thank God there was a couch. That is my only complaint. All the staff were very polite and helpful. Everything was very clean and the pools were great. Food was good. We got a message and everything was great! I would recommend this hotel very happy.

This is a very nice resort with its own hot spring thermal pool. The staff is excellent very helpful and friendly. The location is great between Pamukkale and Karahayit with easy access to both. There is some construction in the resort but expected to finish before the summer 2021 season.

Otel sik ve guzel odakari temiz ve buyuk .ama olanaklari 3.4yildizli otelerle aynı. Yemekeri 5 yildiza yakışmıyor. Odada banyo nakzemrkeri nerdeyse yok gibi. Termal havuz cocuk havuzu gibi 1 mt derinliginde girdiginizde devamli kivrilmsk zorundasınız . En az 13 olmasi gerekir . Havuza girerken bone ucretli 8 tl. Yani anliyacaginiz 5 yildizli otelde idada olmadi gerekenlerden . Odada birniz yok isistiyorsun ysrim saat sonra geliyor ..
