"It was ok, but missed the mark. I usually try and be positive but this place markets itself as a chic inner city stay, the reality is it feels kind of cheap and is abit grubby. The quilt wasn’t in a cover and was foul and stained and the horrible industrial grade carpet had really weird stains too. Appreciate that the noise and arrests happening outside aren’t the properties fault but it all added up to a weird stay."

"Stayed in room 606 from 1st to 4th Jan. Extremely sweet and thoughtful concierge. Voluntarily assisted in sending up shopping bags to our room. Check in was smooth and quick. Upgrade of room was given. Room was clean with a good view of the city. Housekeeping was meticulous. Room was regularly cleaned and tea was replaced quickly accordingly to flavour consumed. Location of hotel is excellent. I would stay again. "

"A lovely, clean apartment building central to the CBD and particularly RAC Arena. Simple cooking facilities and full amenities in the bathroom were just what we needed. The CBD was a 15min walk or the Red Cat stop was just on the other side of the street. Street parking was great on a Sunday however possibly tricky to navigate on a weekday or weekend."

"This property is really well positioned in the cbd near to shops, restaurants and bars. Easy access to transport around central Perth and very pleasant staff. Great value for money. A great stay. "

"The hotel is in a good location, close to the city centre and Northbridge. Kings Park and Elizabeth Quay are quite walkable, particularly the latter. The rooms are spacious, clean, and mostly have basic amenities. We were a little unhappy that dental kits weren't available in the room, and we were asked to come down to the reception to get them, as opposed to being helped out by housekeeping. We also needed an extra chair as we were working from the hotel, but were informed that we would need...

"Cute and quirky establishment for a reasonable price tag - what attracted us to stay there. It was clean and comfortable however our room (131) was sooooo noisy it was hard to sleep. Street below leaked a lot of noise in and the door was right at the top of the landing so light/noise leaked in there too. It also sounded like there was pigeons in the walls which were making noise."

"Overall the hotel was ok. I just chose wrong location- it was noisy outside with loud music and people fighting on the street etc. I know this is no way hotels fault!"
