"While the hotel itself was clean, well maintained and staffed by gracious and professional people, the hotel is located in an industrial type harbor side location, with office buildings on the inland side. Not conducive to walking around. Our room was newly renovated on the 12th floor, and was quite nice. "

"Cleanliness and comfort stood out. A very engaging team, especially Melissa!! One thing i would recommend is an upgrade to the door locks, feel the inside throw bolt or deadbolt is needed for a more secure feeling."

"It doesn’t look like much from the street. I almost passed it by. But once inside, I sm glad that I did not. This place is beautiful, quiet and in a very nice neighborhood. I teach at least once a year. I will definitely stay here again next. Also can’t wait to bring my wife here."

"My experience staying at Palm was pretty decent to be honest. I wish the room had more amenities though. The wall unit air conditioner was heaven though, LOL! However, the front desk staff and the manager were very patient, courteous and professional dealing with my transaction. I reserved my room on Palm’s website overseas before coming to Trinidad and there was a miscommunication on my end. I was very impressed how the staff and hotel manager handled my situation.
