"La habitación está muy bien y muy limpia , pero lo mejor de todo la atención que nos han prestado en el hotel , un 10 por el personal , destacando a Trini y Roxana de recepción."

"The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The hotel is located in a trendy neighborhood with plenty of great eats and shops. Also convenient access to the metro, making it easy to get around. "

"Cons: Flooring had gaps in it, no side tables or luggage storage anywhere. Shower only had half a door and water was going everywhere. Clothes hooks are above the toilet which is unsanitary. Sink is not in the bathroom but rather next to the bed. Pros: good location, staff was friendly, 5th floor has a 24hr coffee station and fruit stand which is free. Staff leave croissants outside of door each morning which are good. Hotel held our luggage past checkout since our flight left at 7pm."

"Staff were all amazing and so welcoming and helpful. Uniformed front door staff took care of our car from the kerb. The hotel is compact, chic, with cool lobby bar and lovely restaurant, very close to Prado and other museums and shops. "

"Everything was really nice, and we even got our room already at 10am — which was truly appreciated after a 10-hour flight. The location was great, and the room was clean with everything we needed. The room is on the smaller side, so if you’re looking for more space, it might be worth upgrading. We didn’t have the chance to try the spa since we only stayed one night, but maybe next time :)"
