"This place is amazing. Well furnished, beautiful interiors. But that's it. In 4 days/nights we did not see anyone guests or staff -reacheable only by phone.
Based on tyhe folder provided, we should have the choice betweenj a continental breakfast or a more italian one. We found out that it was replaced by a voucher thta we can used use at a nearby Pasticerria.. No room service on weekend and holiday....
For the room price, I would have expected a bit more of service.. But the buisling is...

"Gorgeous lounge & rooms! Formerly a monastery and it retains sone of the beautiful terrazzo floors & other features. The rooms have a harmonious blend of the feature from the original building with modern showers & tubs. The location next to the train station in superb!!!"
"We had a great stay, the town of Murano is quiet. Staff was great and the room was very cleaned. The buffet in the mornings was pretty good so the money was worth it. We loved a small restaurant called Osteria Al Duomo which was down the street. The Murano glass factory was a cool, as you can see the employees making many things out of glass. It was a different experience as everything is through water taxi, so there aren’t any vehicles. We loved it."
"Fantastic stay at this hotel. Great location on Zattere. Our room was on the ground floor overlooking Ognissanti canal and church, amazing. The room facilities were superb and always spotless. Communication from hotel front desk staff was brilliant even before we arrived, with really helpful recommendations for our stay, thank you Omar and colleagues. Breakfast buffet excellent and helpful friendly service at all times. We had a cocktail tasting in the bar on our final evening, very professional and passionate staff Fabiano and Marco, wonderful experience and icing on the cake for yet another truly awesome holiday in Venice. Many thanks to all involved in making our stay so memorable, we would definitely come back to this hotel."
"Hotel was great location perfect and staff really professional friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.
Only minor criticism was the room paintwork was looking a bit tired in places but otherwise room was well serviced, clean and comfortable. Thanks you. "
"Everything about the Splendid hotel stands out for the right reasons, from the location to the staff and the hotel itself. Always guaranteed a fantastic stay. "
