The rooms and areas were a bit tired looking and worn, for example the towels were scraggy, there was no where to hang a towel in the bathroom, the lock on the bathroom door was dodgy, but the hotel staff in all areas from reception to the spa and the bistro were extremely friendly and professional. "Clean bright large room located within easy bus service to centre. There was a glitch at checkin, note that your ID must be sent to a website. The link is an impossible alpha-numerical and not hyperlinked. Very cumbersome, and frustrating. Get it sorted before arrival. Toilet facilities are located on another floor. Neighborhood is gritty working class, yet i felt safe. Just take normal precautions. "
