We stayed at Willow hotel 2 weeks after it opened and everything was perfection. The comfortable beds, the tech solutions, the interior design, the tapas restaurant, breakfast and finally the Spa with the view.

Wonderful, newly opened hotel in a fantastic location. I think I had the best sleep in a long time. Convenient with several different restaurant options in the building, and a short stroll to the center of the town. I will definitely come back.

For a hotel that had only been open 10 days, very few things were wrong/needed addressing. The Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable, lovely bathroom. Breakfast was included in the room price and was good

the place is new and nice, the staff doesnt seem to know the right hospitality process and feeling yet. the breakfast restaurant is to small for that many guests, but was variates yet traditional. spa and the service was grear, enjoying the view of the harbour logistcs what i dont understand a 4 star hotel without a gym will come back but not on full price

Brand new hotel. Very clean and modern, but Feels soulless. Not a luxury experience really, we stayed in the family room. Seems mad it has facilities to heat up food yet no plates or cutlery. The fridge is, understandably a mini bar, but it’s tiny in a huge cavity- would make more sense to have a full size fridge so you can actually use it! Could just about fit a carton of milk and some strawberries in there;l. Coffee machine only, no way to make other hot drinks. Got given odd flip flops. Everything is touch screen controls; which if you are with small children is a nightmare as they just keep pressing them all 😆

Väldigt fräscht och fint hotell med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. God frukost med mycket att välja på (dock lite dåligt med sittplatser då det var många som åt samtidigt). Mysigt spa på 9:e våningen och en fantastisk skybar på 13:e våningen som serverade god mat och dryck. Sängarna var supersköna och ett skönt klimat på rummet som gick att reglera smidigt. Tyst och lugnt. Rekommenderas om man är i Trelleborg med omnejd.

Helt nyåpnet hotell (juni 2026). SPA-fasilitetene var grei med flere bassenger og dusjer. Noen av dusjene var så varme (tropisk dusj) at den ikke var mulig å benytte. Tørr og våt badstue. Frokosten var god. Forventet at kaffe og te skulle inngå i SPA, men det var kun vann med og uten kullsyre som var inkludert. Rommet var stort, god lyddemping. Hørte aldri noe fra oven eller ved siden av rommet. Godt renhold. Daglig utskifting av håndklær og badekåpe. Grei AC på rommet. +- 3 grader. Billig gateparkering på «Rådhuset». Betalte 150 kr for 2 døgn.
