"Phenomenal property. Great location for other excursions. Sea turtles and monk seals right on the beach. Saw humpbacks from the beach. Every staff member interaction was primo. Valet gave us wonderful ideas for restaurants. Clean room with gorgeous ocean view. We enjoyed some quiet evenings enjoying a cocktail on the balcony. Next time we are in Kauai this is exactly where we will stay. "

"We stayed at the Sheraton Kauai resort villas during spring break (we are a family of 4). We really enjoyed the property which provided enough variety give it is not the size of some of much larger resorts on the island. Besides the pool, my kids (12 and 15) really enjoyed playing garden chess and corn hole. It was really convenient to have a kitchenette and the ability to do laundry in the villa. "Philip was very helpful with tips and other info at check-in. All staff friendly, courteous and generous. Breakfast was plentiful, with fresh fruit, good coffee and pastry selection. Pool policy excellent, although didn't have time to use it. Lots of chickens, cats and even a peacock on grounds made it interesting. A bit farther from airport than expected, but not an issue. Would stay again!"

"We had an amazing time in Kauai. The location of the condo was excellent. Everything was clean and extremely comfortable. "

"Only stayed for one night. Our flight was in late so checkin was odd. Had to find the front office which is located in center of complex only signage was when you got close to it. Very dark within the complex. Cant back in parking. No signs to tell you not to only word of mouth from talking to someone if they remember to tell you. Woke up to a violation due to backing in parking. Cleaning lady was given wrong info about our checkout and tried to open our door an hour before we had checked out....

"Was like a maze to find your way to the rooms. Ceilings leaky around main building had buckets around. Also, requested room for 3 Adults but only had a king bed & 2 chairs. Had to get a rolling out bed."

"The property is a GREAT location!!! Just steps to the ocean. Beautifully manicured property with lush vegetation. The market area close by is nice and convenient. There are rooster and chickens everywhere, every part of the island. But this property the roosters begin crowing at 4:15am and there are dozens of them all crowing and it is loud. You will have troubles sleeping through it. The continuous crowing lasts most of the day. Quaint at first, but by day 2,3,4 not so quaint. The rooms need an...
