"We loved our stay here. A beautiful, old style property with beautiful gardens, lovely old furnishings with lots of artwork on the walls. Phenomenal views from the rooftop area, which is sadly underutilized. Great lake views from many of the rooms. 20 minute walk into Stresa along a lovely walkway on the lake edge. Good breakfast as well. Highly recommended"

"What’s beautiful Hotel, located just across the road from a private area to access the lake. A few nice restaurants close by and around a 15 minute walk to the town with lots of fabulous shops. Pool area is great also with a hydro pool and sauna. We had a garden room in the new part of the hotel which was very light and airy with a patio food out to a small patio with chairs.
