"Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant was good. It’s across the street from Schoenbrunn Park and zoo. Beautiful grounds for a walk/jog. Quiet peaceful family friendly area. Great restaurants in the area. The city train station (Hietzing) is across the street. A 10 minute train ride to city center. I reserved a classic room. They are located in an attached back building. Simple, clean and comfortable. If you want a room in the older original hotel you will need to upgrade. "

"Very good comfortable beds. each dorm has it's own bathroom and toilet. towels and shampoo were also provided. Easy check in process. we could also leave the luggage in the luggage room for free of charge after we checkout. just 7-8 mins walk from Bahnhof, so good connectivity and lots of eateries at the Bahnhof. Only drawback was the guest kitchen was not clean and very few utensils. "

"Room was "industrial chic" with concrete walls and roof, but quite ok. We had studio room. Other adinas we have stayed at had clothes washer and tea and coffee as well as breakfast. This one didnt. Location very close to main railway station was a winner. Inter city and local trains close by. Plenty of eating options close by. "

"The best part of the proprty is its proximity to most of the attractions and eating spots. From the outside the Hotel looks to be quite small but is quite large and has wings on multiple sides. The staff in the bar and in the restaurant is excellent and truly deserves the rating, the reception staff could be little bit more out going we felt. while they answereed all of our queries, they were to the point , on their own they did not come up with any options or suggestions "
