"Quite possibly the worst room I’ve ever stayed. The door to enter the room is metal and beaten. The bathroom looks like it was completed by a couple of feral coyotes. My window view was of the dumpster. The walls were thin; I heard every step by the herd of elephants above me, and every crying moment of the babies next doors. The bathtub had standing water. "Nice clean hotel, quiet location. The parking is non-existing. The parking garage is located behind the hotel but is not connected to the hotel in anyway. There is no parking on the street— you must park in the garage @ 32.00 a night or valet park for the same. This is highway robbery!!! I don’t think I’ll be choosing this location again. "

"I appreciate that the front desk receptionist was polite and helpful, unfortunately the overall condition and maintenance of the property fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, there was a trash bin left inside the elevator and a cart sitting unattended outside. What was concerning is that even after multiple trips back and forth, these items remained in the same position, which gave the impression of poor upkeep. Breakfast was also disappointing. "We had to move rooms because the burner didn’t work and microwave didn’t work. Shower was closed so tightly I couldn’t open the water. Sticky floors. Loud bathroom air filter. Low cost bedding (not cotton). No community room. No kitchen items need to buy yourself (go to the dollar store or target discount). The thing that made me leave early was the poor WiFi even after “upgrading” it was still horrible!!! Just stupid back and forth blaming the other party and couldn’t not issue a refund....
