"AC was good."

"When we arrived before the 7:00pm allowed arrival time -6:45 pm (there was no cell reception in the area) we were told that Expedia had cancelled our reservation due to over booking. I have never had that happen before. It seemed odd and definitely concerning. We were told that a more expensive room was available, for which receptionist gave us a discount for our inconvenience, $210 instead of $280. While this was appreciated it was still $25 over our originally agreed upon price with Expedia....

"Very clean and the staff was outstanding. The breakfast was a little cold and the hot water ran out. There was no shampoo and very little soap. Only 1 tissue left in the box so I had to go ask for more. Despite the above comments, we will stay here again if passing through Medford, OR again."

"GPS struggled giving instructions on how to get there. It tried taking us to some trucking company. The lobby carpet looked old and was bunched up. I was happy the staff put my parents with mobility issues on the first floor but extremely displeased when I walked into their room. The carpet and sheer curtain were all slashed up. The bed looked old and broke down. There were no extra pillows and mom had to ask for blankets."

"The difference between the North property and the south property are night and day. Don't go to the South Property. Rooms are clean and well maintained, at the North Property. Maid services are available for daily cleaning, as you require. Every one of the desk staff has a friendly smile waiting to help you. A/C works well."

"This was by far the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel. I travel a lot for work and stay in many different hotels across the state and never have had an experience this poor. On the night of our check in we were given a room that was occupied. I only found out when I opened the door and heard someone inside sleeping. "Very clean place has a deck above the river. On the deck there is a bbq chairs tables and the river view is marvelous. This hotel was better than the other hotels in the area and a lower price. Oh yeah it is next door to an excellent restaurant that also has a bar and slot machines. Easy and short walking distance to everything in the cozy little town. Everybody seemed very friendly and helpful. One of the best ways that you can enjoy fishing for trout and salmon in the Rogue river. Local...
