"Our room was clean. We saw the staff once when we checked in. We tried to get more towels, but no one was in the office. Pillows were not comfortable. It was also close to the highway, so it was not a quiet night."

"Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. We stayed here for two nights when we were visiting crater Lake. It was during the summertime so we were spending a lot of time by the lake and coming back to the hotel late as the days were longer and we wanted to make the best out of our time. However, this hotel never mentioned that the lobby closes at 10 pm. If you come after 10 pm, they will leave your room key for you and tell you where to find them. After our first night we went to the lobby to tell them that we need a room cleaned and the person working there question does because we were leaving the next day but we still needed fresh set of towels. However, this wasn’t even the worst problem. we booked for two nights well in advance but when we came back to the hotel on our second night our room keys did not work and I checked the location that they kept the keys the first time and found an additional set of keys which no one told me about but those also did not work. There were two emergency phone numbers listed on the lobby door. We called the first one which did not pick up so we left a voice message. Then we called the second one and somebody picked up who was extremely rude and just told us why we were coming to the hotel late anyway thank God the first Number called us back and eventually sent people to let us in our rooms but this was extremely unpleasant experience."
"This was by far the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel. I travel a lot for work and stay in many different hotels across the state and never have had an experience this poor. On the night of our check in we were given a room that was occupied. I only found out when I opened the door and heard someone inside sleeping. Then we were directed to 3 other rooms that were dirty from previous quests. They told us to just sit in the hall and wait until they could figure it out. Over all check in took 1 hour. Next night we were laying in our beds and someone opened up our door! They rented the room that we were staying in! Then the day before our stay was to end they went into our room and removed all of our belongings because they "had no record of our stay" despite the confirmation from expedia and the credit card receipt that I had in my bag. I left and have sworn off Super 8. Now I have to wait for Expedia to try and facilitate a refund for the stay.
It looks like a fun hotel with a pool but the dry wall in the bathrooms are falling down and they may just double book your room. Stay at your own risk."
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Central Point - Medford

"Awful, no dressers nowhere to put your clothes,no shower soap, no holders for soap. Breakfast was awful footwasbad to begin with then ran out of juice, Yogurt, yogurt, sir fruit was old and stale just playing awful"
"The difference between the North property and the south property are night and day. Don't go to the South Property.
Rooms are clean and well maintained, at the North Property. Maid services are available for daily cleaning, as you require. Every one of the desk staff has a friendly smile waiting to help you. A/C works well."
"GPS struggled giving instructions on how to get there. It tried taking us to some trucking company.
The lobby carpet looked old and was bunched up.
I was happy the staff put my parents with mobility issues on the first floor but extremely displeased when I walked into their room. The carpet and sheer curtain were all slashed up. The bed looked old and broke down. There were no extra pillows and mom had to ask for blankets."
"Everything started ok but when I drove around to the back to go to my room, I realized person did not give me my key. When I went back to Herta to get my key, she argued with me that she gave it to me when she didn’t. I had a long day of driving and didn’t need to have an argument about the key. My room was on the second floor. The stairs were extremely steep and very narrow footing. It was difficult to carry a suitcase up those stairs. I got into the room and the air-conditioning was set at 60. The room was freezing and smelled very strange. I will never stay there again."
