"This property would be good for self drive definitely, but not advisable if u are taking public transport. It is 2KM from the bus terminal. The host provided a really powerful heating panel which we also used to dry all our clothes and was hot and crisp after 10 hours. Host was very kind and friendly. Lake Toya was raining the two days we were there so we checked out after 1 day unfortunately. "

"It’s the best property for 4 people, but a little crowded for 6 men. We love the bathtub with automatic function to fill the hot water. "

"Great stay for family of seven. Plenty of bathrooms. Close to all the action. We had a van, but the bus stop is super close and if you can brave the cold and the hill you could walk everywhere. Loved having plenty of bathrooms and plenty of seating for family to all sit together to eat or to relax in the lounge. Would definitely stay again. "

They have heated room for ski equipments. Only drawback is lacking of bathing. It’s close to Niseko shuttle stop, and it’s the first stop so you’ll have best chance get on the bus. You won’t want to walk to gondola because it’s steep up. Many restaurants in walking distance as well. "
