"お部屋は大変満足でまた機会があれば行きたいです。ただセルフチェックインの手順の連絡が当日のお昼を過ぎてもなく、こちらから確認の電話をしなくてはいけなかったこと(メールは午前中に送信済みと言われたが届いてない)宿泊者全員タブレットでチェックインする必要があり、家族で行ってたので同じ住所を何回も入力が面倒だったことは改善して欲しいです。"

"Really great furnishings. We enjoyed the indoor onsen, which was already on for us at the right temperature when we arrived. The property has a manual in English which allowed us to understand how to operate all of the major appliances like the microwave oven and the washer / dryer. The check-in process was the most involved of any property we stayed in in Japan."

"Overall was great until the 1st night we about to sleep and the sewerage smells so strong until we unable to sleep comfortably."

"This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again!!"

"Beautiful resort area loacation. Nature abounds, property is like new. Expensive place to visit as taxi is needed but still enjoyable."

"Nice quiet neighborhood tucked on top of a hill. Place was clean, modern and well stocked and convenient to Hakone-Yumoto station (10 min walk). Recommend!"
