"The desk attendants were VERY friendly and helpful. The room was simple, yet comfortable. Great view of the lake. Access to a beach was available but we unfortunately had no time this trip. Would stay there again in the future. "

"The staff was attentive and helpful. The beds and bedding were comfortable, although an additional pillow on each bed would be nice since the pillows (4) were very soft. The bathroom had been renovated and was immaculate. Ample towels and toiletries were provided. I especially appreciated the excellent lighting throughout the rooms. "This place is in the perfect location to visit the Hall of Fame and everything that goes with it, located above a nice little store that has something new everytime you go in and look. Ainsley is the manager and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, if not he did his best to make it as close to perfect that he could. I would recommend staying here to visit the little slice of heaven they call Cooperstown. "

"I only stayed one night. I thought that it was a little overpriced. But when I checked the bed, which I always do first, I found that the Sheets appeared to be nicely folded and crisp. Almost like they had been done at a professional laundry. I have stayed at other lower budget places and have had reservations sometimes. In those places the sheets appear wrinkled but clean. I chalked that up to them not having been folded after they were cleaned, but I always wonder in the back of my mind if...
