"This a very large BnB which is particularly nice in that guests are not on top of each other. There is plenty of space in this beautifully restored home. 3 floors, most with private bathrooms and some with really nice additional spaces. The views of the latke from our room, the front porch and the rest of the property were great. There are games and activities available both indoors and out. Very friendly and comfortable."

"Our stay at the Fox and the Grapes was excellent! We throughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the main fireplace in the great room/lobby, and fireplace in our East Lake room. This was the perfect home base for our Seneca Lake wine tour! We enjoyed meeting Guinness, the friendly B&B German shorthair pointer, who made us feel welcome as well.
