Very nice facility in a beautiful setting. Service and hospitality were welcoming and very responsive. Common area was spacious and a perfect place to recharge. Close to Geneva and area attractions.

Fabulous stay, with welcoming hosts, an excellent breakfast cooked each morning and they catered to our every need. Wish we could have stayed longer snd used the free kayaks. Pool and jacuzzi were great

The resort was situated directly on the lake, beautiful views! The owner/staff was incredibly accommodating. Breakfast served daily was prepared on the premises, individually for each person. Incredible meals! B&B located close to vineyards, restaurants, shops. Our kitchen, living space, bedroom and bath was quite spacious! Room was a bit noisy from neighbors but that is the nature of a bed and breakfast being a large home. The owner did offer to move us as well.

What a peaceful spot with a beautiful view! My husband and I particularly enjoyed taking out the kayaks and savoring the delicious breakfasts. The owners were lovely and bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we wanted.

First time guests, we were up for a long weekend. Excellent facility! Very comfortable, the room was spotless. Breakfast was delicious, and they were very welcoming and accommodating. Great location, near Geneva on the western side of Seneca Lake. Easy access to the wineries and distilleries around Seneca Lake and Keuka Lake. We definitely plan on staying there again.

Our stay at Waters Edge in the Seneca Room was a 5 star experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The unobstructed view of the lake is the best part. A close second is the breakfast. There were several options on the menu we could choose from on the night before. It’s a beautiful, serene place tucked away off the main road but just minutes from the downtown restaurants. Two thumbs up to Karen and her husband for curating the perfect place. We would highly recommend staying here.

You’re mad to choose any where else.

This place has it all! The best breakfast we had in USA. Lovely rooms with space and great facilities. A shared kitchen and Lounge better than your own home. Entertainment galore. ( Hot tub -pool- pool table- shuffle board- kayaks- fire pit and more.) then anything you need is no trouble so you just can not have any issues here just fun and relaxation. You’re mad to choose any where else.

This property is absolutely beautiful. Our room was perfect with a view of the sunrise over lake Seneca every morning. Karen is a wonderful host with good knowledge of the area so take advantage of her recommendations for restaurants. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Exceptional Get-away

This B&B Resort offered a great overall experience with friendly service and excellent breakfast provided promptly each morning. The rooms exceeded expectations in both cleanliness and comfort, and the property was immaculate and quiet. We enjoyed the onsite games, pool, hot tub, kayaks, and general grounds. Would highly recommend this property for any friend or family even in the Finger Lakes!

This is a new lakefront facility. It has a great location, and a very unique layout. It offers something for everyone, and can accommodate a variety of events or occasions.
