"clean rooms but there were no towels and only one wash cloth. Soap was only body wash soap. It would have been nice if they also had bar soap. To be fair attendant gave us towels after I reached out to them."

"The staff was super helpful, breakfast was a good add on, the rooms were clean, the heat was turned off for the building a bit early but they are an older building and had space heaters for each room and extra blankets. Staff was nice to bring up deliveries if needed and there was nice lemon water available and bottle waters and coffee, the mini fridge was in good condition. It had ample and clean parking. Would stay again!"

"Absolutely loved our stay. For starters the hotel in general smelled AMAZING! Having 3 children can be a lot, but we had plenty of space. The staff were friendly and even called to see if we needed anything after we settled into our room. The suite was super clean and cozy and gave condo vibes. The breakfast was also very good and had plenty to choose from. Parking was a breeze and convenient. We will be returning! "

"This hotel was the surprise of the year for me as I knew it would be a challenge to get a good room in the city. I read plenty of reviews and decided to give it a try. Honestly I have no idea as to why there are negative reviews for this modern, clean, well appointed property. It was better than expected once I arrived and started to evaluate all aspects of Voco.
