"Rooms are incredibly small but efficient, and the proximity to the train station is convenient. Unless you need to catch an early morning train or bus though, I'd find elsewhere to stay simply because the area feels a bit questionable. It's also very loud. If you do stay here, ask for a room that doesn't face the street. It sounded like our windows were open and there was a ton of noise from cars driving by and people talking loudly or sometimes screaming outside. Ear plugs barely helped. Staff was friendly and there's free coffee available at any time."

"Bonitas habitaciones, todo limpio y ordenado. Dos cosas no me gustaron llamé a recepción para pedir una taza que no nos habian puesto en la habitacion y no me la alcanzaron dijeron que yo debia bajar y ya era tarde entonces lo dejé así. Al dia sgte fue cumpleaños de mi mamá y aunque no estaban obligados les comuniqué a ver si me acompañaban a cantarle y ni la saludaron, tal vez yo esperaba mucho. Pero es mi opinión. En el desayuno tardaban mucho en reponer los alimentos. Sin embargo algunas personas del counter fueron amables."

"The stay was nice, but not without a few issues. Check in was easy and the staff was pleasant. Our hand soap in the bathroom was empty and they do not offer face cloths/wash cloths. There is a bar but reception is responsible for it and does not have any mixers. If you want a rum and Coke you buy the rum and the Coke comes separately, so mixed cocktails don't exist. The hot tub was great, and the property itself is well maintained. Our air conditioner worked fairly well but not great. The tub was slooooowwww to fill but the hot water was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The location is convenient to the Midi train, but is not super close to the main tourist areas of Brussels. We didn't have problems getting taxis or Ubers, but there is construction going on in front of the hotel so we had to walk a little ways to catch them. The area is highly mixed nationality and we were told it was safe, just look out for pick pockets. We didn't have any issues as we walked around."
