"This place was kind of a dump! Checking in was SO slow. The whole place is kind of run down. The room was fine, but nothing special. A car alarm was going off the entire night, so that did not help matters either. Breakfast was pitiful. They had the waffle maker, cereal and maybe 3 total yogurts. Overall, not a great experience and I wouldn't recommend staying here."

"They have no one available to speak to who can give a refund if one has to cancel or even wants to ask about it. Both I and Expedia tried to reach someone but they have no one who responds. Lost two nights stay when at least they should have refunded the second night when I had to cancel due to medical illness. Oh well, they will never see my business again."

"Nothing was as shown or described. There was no TV to watch . There was a small flat screen TV that sat on a small coffee table, unplugged, with no where to plug it in. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which had an old tiny mini refrigerator plugged in and so that I could plug in my phone charger. The room was not even the room advertised. It was a tiny room, not swept or vacuumed, no top sheet on the bed, broken window taped up, along with the broken blinds. There was absolutely no...

"The tub had a leak, which dripped, and there was no toilet paper when I arrived. As it was raining, I decided to dine in the hotel restaurant. The meal was not great; it kind of looked like cat food (beef short rib bowl)."

"Room is clean and spacious. However, there is a smell as soon as one entered the room. The smell was not stinking smell but that of human body as if the smell of the previous guest/guests still lingered in the room. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We turned up the AC and then later our sense of smell accustomed to it, so I am not sure if the smell had gone or not. On checking in around 7 pm on Wednesday 24 June, the front desk lady on duty was not friendly at all, no smile whatsoever....

"The breakfast wasn't that good and not worth the money charged. The carpet in the room looks beaten and slippery. The door to my room needs repair and looks half closed when locked. My floor was noisy especially weekend and one could hear people talking in the other room during the night. The entire building needs renovation."

"Property is under renovation - breakfast was disappointing and small due to renovation of kitchen area. The room we had was finished and nice, but the whole floor smelled strongly of construction/wet paint etc. I would have booked a different hotel for the night if I knew construction was underway, and the price was pretty high for the inconvenience."
