"The bed was very uncomfortable. It had a spring that had broken and made it inpossible to get a good nights sleep. Really cheap pillows the kind filled with foam chips. No hot water from the taps in the sink the only way to get hot water was by having a shower. Did not get the security codes to enter, i had to phone to get them. The only good thing i can say is that it was clean."

"I couldn't get in to the property. I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. I rang Hotels.com, who were very helpful. But they were unable to get me a refund. I had not read the reviews for the place, but I sugest that if you want to make booking...

"A good hotel just a short uphill walk from the ferry & hover points with a convenient bus stop nearby. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. We would definitely stay again."
