"We love the room and it was very spacious and relaxing with a nice patio outside with a beautiful view We mostly love the location being away from town with the beautiful scenery all around"

"Breakfast was great, they also had some gluten free options! Room was nice but the bathroom wasn’t the best. We found a few hairs around the room and the bathroom and the towels weren’t really clean."

"Too expensive. Some rancher started a hotel to make a killing I guess. Restaurant was mediocre to poor tasting food. Will stay out of Torrey in the future."

"Usually we’re Marriott people, but no Marriott near Capital National Park. Reviews for this hotel were average, so I wasn’t sure. We stayed two nights, and turns out, this is one of the closest hotels to the entrance of the park. If you want to be steps from Capital National Park, this is THE spot. It’s no-frills, but clean, quiet, and safe, and I could park literally right outside our door. The room had control for A/C and heat, hot water was great, plus a microwave and larger mini fridge — perfect after hiking. Restaurant, gas station, and convenience store all on site. Bonus: they surprised our daughter with a rubber ducky and made her day. If you’re looking for a quick place to put your head down after long days of hiking, this place is perfect. Thanks for a great stay! Don’t let the average rating fool you — for Capital National Park access + convenience, it’s perfect. "
