"We had to left the apartment 20 minutes after arrival. There was an infestetation of croackarages and bed bugs. The bed sheets and the curtains were stain with blood spots and dirty. They offered us a new apartment and we checked it but it was worse.
That property should not be advertised."

"The room was kept very clean. Despite the extreme heat outside, the air conditioning worked perfectly, making it a relief to return to the room. The location is excellent, with convenient public transport and easy access to anywhere. It is also very convenient as there is a wide variety of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

"The complex was hidden but we where positive surprised by the building, very modern and great room. We liked the facilities, even though we didn’t use the kitchen or washing machine, everything looked nice and clean. Communication was smooth as well. We had luck that we good park in front of the entrance, paid parking but not expensive. Location was relatively close to city centre so great value for what you get!"

"Great find. Brilliant location and quite close to walk to Navigli area. Room could have done with more storage. The heated towel rail I think was broken as we could not get it to switch on. Decent shower. Staff were so nice and always tried to be helpful. The area felt safe and easy to get in and out. Lots of shops, coffee shops etc. There was a lot of noise unfortunately and the walls were pretty thin so a few times we got woken up very early by other guests talking to staff loudly at the crack...
