"A lovely B&B in the heart of charming Montepulciano, it’s located close to all the town’s attractions and restaurants. Our hosts Luisa and Giuseppe went out of their way to help us get there (the train-bus connection can be tricky) and to find transportation during a train strike. If you’re looking for a special place to spend a few days in heaven, this is it."

They served us a delicious breakfast, gave us information about restaurants and wine tastings, provided help with transportation. We hope to return soon. This place is a gem. "Clean rooms, great staff. Close and convenient parking. Beds are a little stiff for our liking, but the views and distance to Montepulciano made it all worthwhile. "

"The property is extremely well located near the start of the old town and was walkable to everywhere. Our room was small but very lovely and when we stuck our heads out of the window, we had an amazing view of the old town! The only problem was parking - we couldnt find any bc of a festival - but thats not the hotels fauot! Just be a bit organsjed - and i recommend parking behind the bus terminal (Eu10 per day)."

"Heat didnt work, it was FREEZING. Contact didnt seem to be local, seemed like they were managing remotely and couldnt or wouldnt send anyone to help. Nor did they really seem to care. Beautiful area though!"

"This property has a lovely view, great garden, attentive staff with good breakfast. Stayed in the cottage and the patio was very sunny and relaxing. "

"Upstairs neighbors had kids and were noisy. I think to make this perfect, guests with young kids should be kept in the lower levels! The pool was great but the water was rather cold!"
