"This is a great property in wonderful location just inside the city walls. One thing, we didn’t realize there was no elevator and upon check in discovered we were on the third floor. A lovely room but a little much for two seniors and four bags. A quick text message to the staff and we were moved down a floor. Very much appreciated! Very generous space in this medieval property. Pulizia ineccepibile così come la cortesia del personale e la colazione, con varietà di prodotti non ampissima ma di ottima qualità. La stanza prenotata era abbastanza essenziale e il bagno seppure ben curato non era finestrato. L'aspiratore del bagno era incredibilmente rumoroso, così come l'impianto refrigerante della stanza. Il piccolo giardino offriva una vista sulla valle che potrebbe essere valorizzata...

"Upstairs neighbors had kids and were noisy. I think to make this perfect, guests with young kids should be kept in the lower levels! The pool was great but the water was rather cold!"
