"Fantastic staff who were attentive from the moment you arrived to departure. The concierge was also excellent with some great recommendations. The roof top bar was fabulous with views to the palace and the cathedral. The only negative was the price of the hotel breakfast but there are plenty of fabulous spots to go outside the hotel . This is a truly fabulous hotel but what sets it apart is its staff. "

"We had a lovely stay here. We stayed in a studio room which was very spacious and had a view of the Royal Palace. It was clean and the check in process was easy. The location was fantastic. I would recommend staying here."

"This is a really wonderful hotel! I had a wonderful 8 night stay in April, thank you! I was given a very nice upgrade to the top floor terrace room, thanks so much, it made my Madrid trip very memorable! Its the best located hotel for the theatres on Gran Via. It feels very safe with tight security and the staff are very nice. The room was very comfortable, luxurious and large, and the terrace was a big bonus. Will definitely be back! "

"Location was good, comfy bed, nice towels and bedding. Facilities in room basic, had to request a kettle, only given 2 teabags a day, no milk or English teabags. Bedroom and bathroom very small. Wouldn't stay here again, much better properties around with more character and cheaper"
