Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG
The breakfast menu was fresh and the staff were lovely but the placemats were noticeably not clean (as in stained). This is not an issue for your staff but for your manager. I felt quite safe during the day but would not stay here if I had to arrive after 1000 PM

Hotel Riu Plaza Toronto
Fantastic stay! Minor issue with the room we were given. Immediately taken care of by the wonderful staff at the front desk and an upgrade given. All of the staff offered exceptional service, from the front door to the housekeeping, to the breakfast staff. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful hotel and we loved our room. We were very comfortable. However I was given a piece of paper with a $25 hotel fee on it, and I was confused because I thought it was because I said we would use the amenities. We didn't end up using. I understood this was a new hotel fee, but didn't understand ...
