"Room was clean and staff was nice. One elevator was out of service and I found myself waiting on avarage 5 minutes for the other one and it was not running smoothly. When I booked they claimed to give a free upgraded congenital breakfast but there was only toast. May stay again but there’s better for sure."

"There were about 4 buses of teenagers at the hotel. The nights were so noisy. We barely slept. Placing rooms filled with teens next to families is an interesting choice..... no seats available at breakfast. Washroom door lock was broken and no working fan."

"I didn't receive the room that was selected off of Expedia... And there were some issues with rowdy guests. All in all staff were good to deal with. Parking lot was a bit crowded because they had numerous spots blocked off from construction."

"Very relaxing weekend overall, wasn't a huge fan of the parents of the kids sports team in town for the weekend drinking in the pool area on Saturday night but other than that, not bad. Breakfast is amazing. Looking forward to our next stay."

"My family and I decided to stay here for a long weekend, and it was amazing. I have two small kids, and the rooms were big and great size, and very clean and modern. My kids LOVED the pool, and we went multiple times. I loved also that the TV was new, so I was able to cast from my phone my kids favorite shows. The breakfast was also a great addition, and they had a good variety. I would say that our stay here was excellent. No issues. We would come back again :)"

"Hotel itself was nice. Fire Alarm went off at 6am didn’t turn off for 10 min. My head was pounding. No announcements what was going on no nothing. Staff is still new forgot to take a deposit for the room then called me and acted like the machine didn’t take it. What a horrible experience for a brand new hotel. I have requested a refund because I still have a headache from the alarms ringing "

"Came to this hotel very late at night after a long work trip and the front desk manager was very unpleasant. Their machine wasn’t working and he was pressuring me to write my credit card down so he can charge it for the deposit at a later date. He refused to accept cash or to call my room once his machine was ready and threatened to cancel my booking if I didn’t provide the card. To top things off, the sheets and bathroom counter were covered in hair, probably the last guests. The sheets must...
