"Mixed experience. The pool was too cold, the hot tub was dirty, and there was dust behind the couch. The toilet also clogged during our stay. Staff were mediocre, but the breakfast was good. With better cleanliness and maintenance, this hotel could be much improved. "

"Safe & quiet location. Hotel was clean. Suite was spacious with all basic amenities in the room. Staff was very helpful. The only reason, I didn't do 5-star is because of their lack of transparency. Hotel front has construction in-progress. Also, we were told that the pool is under maintenance but I didn't notice anything as such .. We were offered to go next door in a sister property as an alternate BUT Hotel Management SHOULD mention it on their webpage as a message of work in-progress or pool under maintenance. Now, you as a prospective customer can make your own opinion on it ... Our overall stay was good. "

"There was hair in the shower and some areas with dust in the room but other than that the stay was pleasant. The bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet. "

"Rooms were ready, clean and full of extras. All the amenities of home. Bed was very comfrotable. Breakfast was basic but hot and tasty. Tonnes of parking. Loads of comfortable room for our whole party. Staff were kind, helpful and courteous. Bathroom extremely clean, fully stocked and good hot shower. Overall a great stay and would again!"

"This property was a huge disappointment and not as described. We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. Amenities like laundry and ironing were shared with the upstairs unit, which was a disaster. We never got to use the washer / dryer bc it was occupied the entire time during our stay. Noise from upstairs began as early as 7 a.m., and even after asking them to be quieter, it continued. The property feels neglected and is currently for sale, with no urgency to make it comfortable. The host was responsive but often rude. While we were granted a partial refund and allowed to cancel after a few days, the conditions were unlivable for the full week. What’s worse, we raised concerns after reading a negative review written just a week before our stay. The host dismissed it as inaccurate, claiming the guest was upset about a refund. That was false our experience was identical to theirs. The photos do not reflect the actual basement unit. Overall, the stay was misleading, uncomfortable, and not worth the money. We would never stay here again and cannot recommend this property."
