"Absolutely wonderful inn to stay at (Ryokan), and our favorite stay of a two week Japan trip. It felt like an authentic Japanese experience, while still being very accessible to foreigners like us. The owners are very friendly and attentive right from when you arrive. The rooms are a traditional style with tatami floors. The rooms look out over a small creek so it is very peaceful.
