"The room was comfortable and super clean - robes are a nice touch. My daughter and I arrived late in the evening and the staff was delightful and accommodating. We woke to a stunning view of the mountains and harbor. The breakfast was fabulous. I hope to stay there again. "

"My only suggestion for this wonderful hotel is to create even an hour in the evening at the pool for adults only. I went to the pool to relax after a long trip. Children were screaming and diving into the pool from the edge, parents threw their children into the water playfully around me so I had water splashed in my face and so much water was splashed from the pool that my robe and slippers were wet when I exited the pool. It was anything but a relaxing experience. I understand families with children want to play, but even one hour in the evening of peaceful time would be so helpful."

"Fantastic property literally steps from the lake, with all sorts of activities to choose from, or just sit and watch others. Lovely setting, awesome staff."

"The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The room we had offered a great view on the north side of the lake and Torbole downtown. Side note: the hotel entrance is next to the street, with no transit parking, which complexifies arrival, unless you're lucky enough to find a parking accross the street, or arrange for a parking first with the hotel (they offer a parking 150 metres from the hotel)"

"Nice hotel, very clean and well located. Good AC, well insulated windows from outside noise, nice size balcony. Fantastic breakfast with excellent choices (avoid coffee machine and get a nice coffee from the breakfast coffee bar instead). Swimming pool was nice for a morning swim. For the triple room, the single bed could be a bit bigger, and door closing system could be softer. "

"Visited on May 3 for 1 night. A nice basic hotel with a restaurant ( closed when we got there at 8pm). Clean. Helpful staff. Our room for 3 was nice. But since it was hot outside it was hot inside and they did not have AC turned on. It was 81 degrees in our room. We had an uncomfortable nights sleep. Opened windows for a while but closed them overnight for safety. We asked for & got a room fan for one room. Manager listened to our concerns & was agreeable to discount our room because of the uncomfortable heat; but made his point about ‘ Americans’ wanting too cold AC. Parking space in front is small (& was full) but good parking space in back with gate. Breakfast was very nice, offering many different foods with nice seating area and nice set tables with tablecloths. Although we didn't stay to eat; after the uncomfortable night we just wanted to leave. I would recommend this hotel, but ask for room fans if AC isn’t on. "
