"Very disappointing experience. The first red flag was the trash sitting outside the front entrance when we arrived. We tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and went inside — the lobby looked clean, so we decided to bring our luggage in. However, things quickly went downhill. "This hotel was fantastic and an absolutely stellar place to stay when you are heading to Dallas. It was clean, quiet, gorgeous rooms, great amenities and the breakfast was top notch. I seriously would have gone to a restauraunt and paid for what they served."
