When we were checking out, we asked if they were full and they commented not at all, so I didn’t understand why us asking for an hour later checkout was an issue. The staff was rude in every encounter. "

"This property was horrible. Our room was not cleaned, the phone was not working, staff did not know where anything was, no hand soap in the room, iron didnt work, sink stopped up, and the pool was under construction, but clearly on the website it was suppose to be available. Oh and when leaving the room there was a big ass roach behind the bathroom door. The worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. They should be be ashamed. If I could give a negative review I would."
