"Hotel is good, however during my stay I was not told that the laundry services would be unavailable for the entire duration of my stay. The shuttle and highway busses are very helpful, however they don’t run very frequently, so plan your day out accordingly, otherwise you might be left stranded far from the hotel if you miss one of the busses. Other then that, staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean."

"Breakfast was great, lots of selection. Our first night we ended up having to move rooms as something was wrong with the vent and it was very loud. Staff were lovely gave us keys to the new room and allowed us to move our things the next morning. Pool and hot tub were good. Room itself was okay not the cleanest but not too bad. We did book a non-smoking room but there was still a bit of a smoke smell. Something not mentioned is there is a free shuttle to the train station which is great. "

"So happy to have found this hotel near Narita Airport! This location is so convenient being one train stop away from the airport. The rooms are pleasantly spacious with ample bed space, and very clean. For reference my partner and I booked a queen room. Also love that they serve free breakfast, have late check out options (for a fee) and free luggage storage! Can't reccommend this hotel enough when staying in Narita!"
