"I was skeptical about booking this at first because of the lack of reviews. But then I found it on a competitor’s site and it had really good ones. The location is super close to the airport train, Old City, river, and lots of public transportation. If you are going to mostly tourist sites, you can walk there. "We had a brilliant stay at this hotel! The staff were fabulous and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were made to feel very welcome! The room was immaculate and had all the amenities needed. Its location is perfect for a short walk into Krakow. We look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend this place anyone visiting Krakow. "
