"Considering I paid after taxes etc 250Euro, the first room was wrong, they apologized, corrected. Would have been nice to have been offerred breakfast on them. The room was small, and little things were not maintained, making this hotel feel less than special. The next day my sister tripped on the carpeting that wasn't level, the metal where the carpet and the tile met was slightly elevated. We are not people to sue, but some compensation should have been offered."

"Really well located with a short tram ride into the center of Seville. The pool is a great addition when you need to come back and relax after a very hot day sightseeing. The cleaners were really friendly and nothing was too much effort. Very accommodating."

"From the point of check end, the whole experience is super bad. Unfriendly front office team and to the room experience with the electricity cutting off automatically unless there is a movement in the room every few minutes. Calls after calls to Front Deck, issue is not even resolved. Corridor on the floor towards room from lift landing are very dark, as the auto sensor lights does not light up until after more than 30 seconds. The worst hotel I had ever stayed in! "

"Very good hotel located in the Nerveon area, which is well connected to the centro by metro and tram L1 which are minutes away. The hotel's design is vibrant, colourful, giving a spacious feel to the main lobby and bar/restaurant area and is modern. There are gym and spa facilities at the hotel and discounts offered. The breakfast choice was vast and nourishing. The rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard and feel very comfortable."

"Superb position, next to the Alcazar palace and a very short walk to the cathedral. The staff were very friendly, nothing too much trouble for them. We were able to check in to our room early. The breakfast was really lovely with loads of choices from the menu and also yogurt, fruit and orange juice available too. Our room was on the outskirts of the palace and had Roman ruins under the floor, which you could see through glass."
