"We were only there for one night but loved the location . There were lots of restaurants within walking distance for dinner . The hotel was clean , the staff both cordial and helpful and the breakfast was bountiful . The spaces for the breakfast and the bar were upscale and nicely decorated . I think this hotel would work for families , couples and solo travelers . I would stay here again ."

"I loved my small attic room, very cozy. It had everything I needed. The bed was supremely comfortable. The tub was very deep and I used that every night! The staff was very friendly. I love the location in the student part of town. There are lots of nice places to eat and drink that were friendly and low-key."

"Loved the big space, and the bed and couch were very comfortable! If anyone else is wondering as I did if the round dining table is a good size for working on a computer, there’s plenty of space for 1. I preferred sitting by the window there so just moved the desk chair. Super easy to walk around the castle to get places, and a Sainsburys is a block away. Felt safe at night to walk back. As someone who doesn’t usually get their room cleaned partway but had a longer stay, I do wish there was say...

"The address in Hotels.com was incorrect. Since this a flat/room, there is no sign on the building indicating this was the correct place. Fortunately the phone number for the owner was correct and we got to where we needed to be.
