"This hotel was convenient to many restaurants and close to the metro. Our room was large enough for three adults and all of our luggage. The room also had a small kitchen and was very clean and comfortable. The room was very bright but you could not look out of the windows. The staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with. "

"I stayed here as a solo traveller. Room size i choose was perfect for one person or a couple. Was very clean and staff were very kind. Good walking distance to Ginza, Tokyo Tower and Hama-rikyu Gardens. Wish they had better Breakfast Buffet Options as their options were not worth the price. "

"This hotel was exceptional. Truly what you would expect for Forbes and Michelin 5 star rating. The rooms were very large for Japan standards. Wonderful deep soaking tub and exquisite views. "Overall a lovely stay. Food at breakfast wasn’t the best but suitable. Staff were excellent and service top rate. Hotel looked a bit tired in a few areas (carpets frayed in our bedroom). It’s probably a Japan thing, but nowhere to put the shower head so you can stand u set it. You had to hold it in your hand. "
