Great Japanese style hotel very close to Gotanda Station, a little bit of noise from trains passing by but not a big deal, I would definitely stay here again.

The manager was very helpful and thoughtful. The rooms were excellent and clean. Would go back for a longer stay the next time I’m in Tokyo.

This Ryokan was an amazing experience. Everything was spotless, our room was great and the staff were very friendly. The shower room was amazing. And the location is easy walking distance to the station.

We had a lovely one night stay at the Ryokan Sansuiso. Very close and convenient to Shinagawa station and great shops and restaurants within walking distance. The owners were very sweet and helpful.

The owner was so friendly and helpful. He could understand some English too, though we mainly spoke in Japanese. We stayed for a short time but it was worth it.

BEST STAY IN TOKYO EVER

It was really good stay in Ryokan Sansuiso. People here are very kind and smiley. I felt they are like kinda my Japanese parents. Good price and service. Very clean and good to take a shower. I can say this is better than any other normal hotels.

雨の日に少し早めにチェックインを受け付けてくださったのでとても助かりました。駅から宿まで坂がなく、大きな荷物を持っていても歩きやすくて良かったです。目の前にコンビニも食事ができるお店も多く、素泊まりも問題ありません。シャワールームにお風呂用の椅子があるともっと良いです。（立ったままだとしんどいので）
