Staff was helpful and personable. Walkable distance to Tokyo Station. Rooms are on the smaller side.

It’s close to 2 railways (JR and Subway) which easy to travel to other places. However, we can walk to the pier to see Odaiba bridge or we can get on the boat to Odaiba or Asakusa. We can also walk to Tokyo Tower as well. Overall, this is great location for traveler come to Tokyo Haneda Airport.

Excellent location! Easy to get by using the yamanote line. The room is small but it has all you need, and there are amenities in the ground floor including a small kitchen where you can eat up the food or store things in the fridge. Excellent service by the staff

Fantastic little hotel with very new and clean facilities. Conveniently located 4 minutes away from two metro lines and JR Yamanote line for seamless travel to most destinations within Tokyo (also notably monorail access to Haneda airport). Staff are friendly and helpful. Not as lively as some other well known areas especially after dark (being an area with mostly office buildings), but we loved the quietness.

Convenient location around 5 min walk from JR Hamamatsucho station. Very clean room and friendly staff. Found the room to be a bit too hot though, the aircon couldn't be adjusted below a certain temperature.

Great hotel and great location
Receptionist was very friendly, rooms were spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo, you’re welcome to use the kitchenette in the lobby to prepare meals or bring your own to eat in the multiple tables inside and outside. You also have access to the rooftop with a nice view of the Tokyo tower while enjoying some snacks or the sunset.

This was the first hotel during our 10 day stay in Japan. Staff was friendly and spoke English, which was a easy transition to this new environment for us. The hotel room was definitely on the smaller side, which seems to be typical for many hotels in Japan. My husband and I didn’t have an issue navigating our way around though. As someone who loves cozy spaces, I loved it, but I can see larger individuals being inconvenienced with the smaller room. The space was small and cramped, but so clean with amenities placed very conveniently. I will gladly stay here again!

Small rooms but excellent bathroom. All i would say is if you have a ton of large luggage do not use this hotel. Otherwise it is perfect and comfy. Great bathroom with the best shower I have ever used. Within walking distance to Hamamatsucho station so perfect for tourists. English speaking staff. Restaurants around also have english speaking staff with english menus. Within walking distance to Tokyo Tower and a Buddhist temple with trees planted by US presidents Grant and HW Bush. Perfect hotel for what I was doing!

10 min walk from hamamatsucho station. Small room, but okay for the price. Roof top access with cool view of tokyo tower. Overall good stay for travelling, dust in corners and switches should be cleaned once in a while though.

The area around the hotel and the hotel is great - super close to transit, many amenities, very clean. Be cautioned that if you have 1 check in, 2 carry ins, and 2 back packs it will be tight (will have to close/open suitcases accordingly). However, given all this we would still stay here again in a heart beat.

The Bay Hotel is well located with easy access from Haneda Airport as well as access to 2 subway/rail stations within 5 mins of the hotel. Being close to the Byron Bay Cafe was a bonus for top quality breakfasts. Our room was cosy but provided everything needed for our first 2 nights in Japan.

Loved our stay here! It was about a 5-7min walk to the nearest station which was nice and convenient. The room was also very clean and the shower was beautiful! The hotel also had a rooftop with a view of Tokyo tower. Would definitely come back here again! :)

Room is small knowing that is norm for japanese standard. Other than that, everything were very good. Strong water pressure, very clean room. Friendly and helpful reception staff.
