"I have stayed in many very good hotels but this was possibly the best Hotel that I have stayed in, although the outside of the building is rather bland compared to say the Mandarin Oriental, or the Old Cataract in Aswan, the inside is perfect along with wonderful staff and service, plus for a Japanese hotel the rooms are very big, highly recommended."

"This was a very cute boutique hotel in a residential neighborhood. It was a very short walk from the train station so it was convenient traveling from Osaka. It was charming and very reasonable for me, my husband and son. The room had 3 beds and everything we needed. So glad we stayed here and would stay again. The hot beverage machine in the lobby was very nice. The staff was very nice, too."

"It was a great hotel for the price, it was a bit far from the station and not many things to do around the area. If you want a cheap and good enough place to stay at for your trip to Nagoya I recommend it!"

"It was a clean and confortable place, but anyway, I don't know why, there was nobody for my check-in, nor the six days I stayed there, I only saw work people there two times. So well, it's a good place, but if there's nobody to look after it, well, you can't ask for help or maybe end up sleeping over on the street. Also, in japanese night there's practically no streetlights and it was almost imposible to find the place (it's like hidden behind and enormous stone wall)"

"This was a very memorable place that I visited. It is in the rural area of japan, you can really feel the realness of the area. It's in gifu however it's definitely not a tourist trap area. The owners of the establishment reminded me of my grandmother. You are not getting a hotle with this stay more of a B&B, it definitely felt like I a was sleeping over a japanese grandma's house. They also gave grate advice on a nice local restaurant at the bottom of a locals Mt that you can hike after to see...

"I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the roomโs air conditioning. It wasnโt working properly, and despite speaking with the staff, I was told that โthis is just how air conditioning is in Japan.โ However, Iโve stayed at other hotels in Japan, and their air conditioning worked perfectly fine, so this explanation didnโt make sense.
Because of the poor temperature control, the stay was uncomfortable, and the response from the staff was not very helpful."
"Check in was easy with incredibly courteous front staff, clean room and a lovely breakfast buffet assortment. Easy to get to from Nagoya train station. "
"Amazing customer service. We arrived early to the hotel and they allowed us to leave our luggages with them until our check in. When we came there, they informed us that our bags/luggageโs are in our room! The room was spotless, and the staff were all helpful! Definitely recommend for all travellers! "
"Staff were so friendly, the room was amazing, and the whole hotel was very clean. Thank you so much for helping to make our first time in Nagoya so nice! "
