"Orbitz didn't specify that the room I booked was for male only. So upon the check in, they said I had to get the only available room which was smoking room and paid more. Felt like got ripped off because Orbitz already used all of my Orbitz bucks on this reservation. The hotel is more like apartment building located FAR from central Tokyo.
