"Spacious and clean whole apartment. Excellent view of Mount Fuji. Very close to lake, just a few mins walk away. Very friendly and helpful host. Lets us park at the property after checkout so we can visit places nearby."

"Staff were exceptionally helpful. Took our luggage up the stairs and were waiting for us when we arrived. Welcomed warmly by the manager and once checked in felt like home away from home! We didn’t do kayaking but available if you intend to do so. Private baths or outside baths available which we took advantage of. Possibly for some guests may find the property a bit older but was adequate for what we wanted. View you get makes up for it. I’d certainly return to this place if I’m ever in...

"Room was really clean, the staff were super nice really enjoyed my interactions with them. The onsen was great. Wish I spent more time there, the sauna was super hot. The buffet is a big thing there but that for me was the weakest part of the experience. "

"The best place for family/ friends’ staycation! Lovely owners make your trip so special. All the facility is well maintained with cute decors and very clean, everything is equipped. What you should bring is only food and drinks. It is located right next to the beautiful shrine which is Unesco world heritage, and having amazing view of Mt.Fuji from the terrace. We stayed with 2 toddlers and 4 adults but space was more than enough, all of us was really happy to stay in this beautiful property...
