"The front desk staff and house keeping were great. They made my stay the best experience because they had an concerned interest in what ever situation I was talking about even when it wasn't hotel related. The entire area from the outside to my room and the cleanest of the room was perfect. Many restaurants and shops near by and a train station to move about with ease."

"The location was excellent, and the cleanliness of the hotel was quite good. The issue is the hotel is old and some maintenance is lacking. Opening the cold water faucet allowed a trickle of water to flow across the vanity and onto the floor; since the whole bathroom was a "unit bath" this didn't cause a big problem because there is a floor drain, but it shows there are minor things that need to be fixed."

"I had some issue with the water not working in their annex hotel , but staff contacted their other hotel, a short walk away where the water was on and I could shower. The rooms themselves, especially the bathrooms seem not quite dirty, but a little shoddy. If you're in a tight bind and need somewhere cheapish to stay, then it's fine. The staff are very polite and helpful"
