The staff were incredibly helpful, and communication was seamless since everyone spoke excellent English. "this hotel is in such a bustling and fun area and we had a great view from the 14th floor. the staff were so kind and helpful checkout was a breeze and they called our cab for us. "

"Bathroom was dirty. There was mildew on the grout in the shower. The shower curtain was ridiculously small. If you pulled the curtain to the wall on one side it left a gap of almost 2 feet on the other side. Overall the room was fairly nice and a good size but the bathroom was in bad need of a remodel. "
