"Everything was wonderful"

"The hotel exceeded our expectations and was very cozy"

"Dinner and Breakfast included. Both meals were sensational! As a family of 3 from Australia with a young child we felt very welcomed and the staff super helpful despite our lack of language skills. We stayed here in order to ride the Pokemon with You train and the 2 nights were brilliant!"

"Nice, low-key guesthouse. Great value. Wonderful, kind owner! "

"This establishment has just opened in the town of Ugo. It is an exceptional, well-maintained place with an incredible team! Reno is an extraordinary host who took the time to explain every dish we ate... the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in Japan. The region is fascinating—little-known but rich in culture! Don't hesitate to discover this hotel!"

"The hotel is right at the station, which made it incredibly convenient. It’s an unmanned hotel with check-in handled through a machine, but the staff I interacted with were very polite. My room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and fresh towels were available daily on request. There’s also a lounge area with vending machines, free tea and ice, plus extra toiletries if you need them."

"Amenities were excellent & the entire place was clean!"

"Thank you all of Hotel Onikoube’s staff, have made our wonderful holiday , we are happy and grateful customer will come back again and will refer more relatives and family to visit your Hotel "

"Room with nice view, dinner is super, breakfast ok la"

"Room very clean and large and new "

"Great for onsen in remote area, still with all you need"

"The hospitality of Nori-san, Chie, and their family made our stay so enjoyable. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and shared wonderful details about their beautiful, nutritious, farm-to-table meals. We even got to tour their farm, learn about rice planting, and spot a precious firefly. The house is bright and clean, overlooking rice paddies, with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. It's also centrally located in Akita, making it easy to visit spots like Lake Tazawa,...

"Perfectly clean room, very helpful staffs, and the wonderful view from the breakfast place. "

"フロントの対応が良く部屋も綺麗で朝食も美味しくて大満足でした　横手に宿泊の際はまた利用したいと思います 一緒に宿泊した友人も同じことを言っていました　大変お世話になりました"

"大自然の中のため、とにかく虫が至るところにいます、"

"スタッフの対応が親切で丁寧でした☺️"

"Amazing Onsen! Room was great and staff were nice!"

"I was travelling with a rental car. You can find different kind of restaurant near by. The staff and the hotel was valve for money. "

"This is a great place to have an authentic Japanese experience. The traditional rooms with tatami floors were spacious and clean. The bedding was light and warm. The onsen experience was very pleasant. The traditional breakfast was flavorful and so were the welcome snacks. Definitely a valuable experience for those visiting the area."

"It’s new, zen & clean design. Suitable for short stay, recommended!"
