"Staff at front was not well informed on anything. If asked about the atm not working or any nearby, they didn't know anything. I was supposed to receive a text letting me know my room was ready and never received one. No language barrier as I do speak Spanish. The young lady with pink hair and the young lady with red hair were not very hospitable. They seemed to have an attitude my entire stay. I also was never offered my 2 bottles of complimentary water during any of my stay."

"The only thing I can mention, is that the balcony which I chose since I was traveling alone are only available on the very first floor, where people can pass by going to different directions lof the hotel pool restaurants so at times I had to close all the curtains because of desired privacy. Perhaps to emphasize that the balcony and the Water view as mentioned in your advertisement is the water of the pool of the hotel and they all face small tables and the eyes"
