"The Inn employees were extremely hospitable and friendly 😊 The room was lovely, and fairly quiet, even though it was the only room located on the first floor. Parking is convenient, and a short walk from the front door there is a fire pit with a sitting area on the property. We did hear some of the other guests arrive back to the Inn later at night. And with the stairs to the 2nd floor being right next to our room, the Victorian, we did hear guests bump their luggage up and down the stairs....

"absolutely LOVED this place, and now that we've seen how difficult it is to find parking in newport, we're thankful we picked a place with parking! innkeeper tonie is an absolute gem, super approachable and helpful, provided great local info and recommendations. the room was perfect and very comfortable, and my favorite perk was having coffee available in the lobby 24/7 via a keurig with pods and a mini fridge for creamer. for me, this is a huge plus. we only stayed one night, and breakfast...

"We had a fantastic stay at this old and quaint inn. It was exactly what I expected. Room was cute and quirky. Definitely not like a standard hotel room. But it had all the amenities required for today's guests. Check-in and staff were very friendly. On-site (free) parking was fabulous. We walked everywhere around Newport. "We stayed at the Admiral Sims on Catherine St. and it was great! The house and property were beautiful and in a good location. Easy walk to the beach, and a little bit longer into downtown Newport but it is doable. Next time we come back we will definitely be bringing our dog!"
